Job summary

Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh is seeking a senior property operations leader to direct all facets of business at HACP-operated sites. You will manage property management staff, ensure HUD compliance, enforce leases, and handle rent collections.

Evening meetings and on-call emergencies are part of the role. The ideal candidate has a related Bachelor's degree with supervisory experience and a CP Housing Manager certification or plan to obtain it during probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 5 years in public housing or real estate; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must obtain Certified Public Housing Manager certification during probation.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of business at HACP-operated sites and supervise staff including the Assistant Site Manager.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, state, local, and HACP regulations; enforce leases and rent collection.
• Attend evening meetings and be on call for on-site emergencies; prepare monthly performance reports.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration, real estate, or related field
