Vallen USA is seeking an Integrated Supply Senior Site Manager to lead on-site teams, drive program growth, and manage day-to-day activities to ensure profitable customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving site budget goals, optimizing supply solutions, and maintaining strong client engagement.

The position requires 5+ years in supply chain or related industries, solid leadership, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside or inside experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a similarly applicable industry (indirect materials a plus).
• Proven track record as a team leader with strong people management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to onsite customer team(s) delivering Integrated Supply solutions and staff management tasks including interviewing, hiring, coaching, and enforcing policies.
• Ensures sales and profitability goals for local integrated supply site are achieved.
• Drives customer commitments and cost savings KPIs at the local site.
• Effectively manages P&L to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
