Vallen's Integrated Supply Site Manager is a staff management position located at a client's site to drive program growth and oversee a team of associates to ensure productive, profitable customer relationships that support Vallen's financial goals.

You will lead onsite teams, manage hiring and coaching, and ensure site meets budgeted goals while delivering cost savings and strong KPIs across the integrated supply program.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Proven people leadership and team development experience.
• Solid understanding of profit and loss concepts.
• Proficiency with MS-Office tools and business software.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite client teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Drive site profitability and achievement of budgeted goals.
• Manage staff hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions per policy.
• Ensure timely supplier payments and strong KPI results.
