Vallen is seeking an Integrated Supply Senior Manager to oversee sales, operations, and profitability across multiple sites. You will direct Site Managers and drive positive, profitable customer relationships aligned with Vallen's financial goals.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in supply chain or related industries, 5+ years in team leadership, and strong P&L + executive communication skills. This role emphasizes cost savings through manufacturing applications and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing with relevant experience.
• 5+ years of staff leadership and people management.
• Ability to cultivate executive-level customer relationships.
• Strong financial/B&A skills; experienced with P&L management.
• Knowledge of inventory, receivables, and payables.
• Mechanical aptitude to identify cost-saving manufacturing applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to onsite sales and operations teams delivering Integrated Supply solutions.
• Achieve sales and profitability goals for assigned sites.
• Drive contractual commitments and KPI delivery.
• Manage P&L for portfolio to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
• Explore new sales opportunities and mentor Site Management.
