Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Field Operations team in the Phoenix area. You will own all field activities from startup to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule alignment across multiple subcontractors.

Responsibilities include leading the on-site team, maintaining a 2–3 week lookahead, and collaborating with PMs to meet project milestones. Strong leadership, communication, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and SharePoint are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction-related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Proven leadership to manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Experience coordinating design, project, and schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Own all field activities from startup to project completion, including safety, quality, and schedule.
• Maintain and communicate a 2–3 week lookahead and use schedule to deliver on time.
• Lead on-site team meetings and coordinate subcontractor efforts.
• Monitor safety standards and stop work for violations when needed.
• Mentor and train team members in Gray processes and tools.
