Job summary

Gray Ohio Valley seeks an experienced Site Manager to own field activities from startup to closeout on multiple projects. The role requires leading the on-site team, coordinating subs, and upholding safety and quality standards. You will review drawings, manage the schedule, and monitor budgets while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in site management or 8+ with college, with experience on large-scale projects and proficient use of common project tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of superintendent/site management experience or 8 years with college.
• Experience on at least two projects valued over $10 million each.
• Experience in buyout, writing scopes of work, and schedule updates.
• Leadership of site coordination meetings and change management.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, email, and project software.

Responsibilities

• Own all field activities from startup to project closeout.
• Establish and maintain a site safety culture per Gray’s program.
• Lead on-site management and coordinate subcontractors.
• Review drawings, manage schedules, and track budget impact.
• Develop scopes of work, solicit subcontractor pricing, and report progress.
