Job summary

Gray Ohio Valley is seeking an experienced Site Manager in Ohio to lead field activities from start to finish. You will manage safety, quality, schedule and subcontractor coordination while maintaining close communication with the project team and client.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in superintendent roles, proven project experience over $10M, and strong computer skills with project management tools. This on-site role demands leadership and problem solving on complex builds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of superintendent/site management experience with at least two projects >$10M.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Owns field activities from start to finish, including safety, quality, schedule and coordination.
• Establishes a jobsite safety culture and ensures adherence to Gray’s program.
• Leads on-site management team and coordinates subcontractors.
• Reviews drawings and maintains current set on site.
• Communicates with project team and customers to keep projects on track.
