Job summary

Danone North America, LLC is seeking a Sr Site Initiative Execution Leader to drive the Site Initiatives Master Plan at the Fort Worth, TX site. You will lead integrated master planning, prepare prefeasibility/feasibility assessments, and ensure successful execution of site product and packaging innovations while maintaining SQCDMN alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or project execution.
• Advanced degree or certification in PM/Operations/Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience leading site-level initiatives or innovation execution in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Site Initiatives Master Plan (IMP), ensuring alignment with plant priorities and resource capacity.
• Lead integrated master planning to enable effective site resource planning and initiative execution.
• Ensure accurate prefeasibility and feasibility assessments during the project definition phase with PQCDSM accuracy.
• Lead successful execution of product and packaging innovations at the site, including vertical startups.
• Own factory supply chain readiness for initiatives, including master data, materials supply, planning, and production readiness.
• Own and validate factory initiative COGS assumptions and financial impacts.
• Partner with factory and project teams to meet SQCDMN performance indicators.
