Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) is seeking a Sr. Site EHS Manager for our Greenville, IL plant.

You will implement environmental, health and safety programs across the facility, oversee all EHS initiatives, and collaborate with site leadership, business unit directors, and EHS managers to prevent, investigate, and resolve safety and environmental issues. Responsibilities include mentoring the site EHS team, leading safety calls, conducting audits and training, and maintaining OSHA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8 years in health and safety management in manufacturing or processing.
• EHS certification preferred (CSP, CIH).
• Multi-site EHS program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic EHS leadership across Greenville plant and site leadership teams.
• Mentor site EHS team and drive safety culture.
• Lead safety data analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Manage site safety programs, trainings, and audits.
• Ensure OSHA/state compliance and reporting.
