Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Sr. Site EHS Manager for our Greenville, IL plant. You will lead the implementation of environmental, health and safety programs, oversee OSHA compliance, and collaborate with site leaders and business unit EHS managers to prevent injuries and environmental issues.

This role reports to the EHS Divisional Manager and requires strong leadership across functions. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in health and safety management in manufacturing, CSP/CIH or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in health and safety management in manufacturing.
• EHS certification CSP or CIH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate strategy with site leadership and EH&S divisional management.
• Mentor site EHS team and coordinate safety programs.
• Lead safety data analysis, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coach site leadership in behavior-based safety practices.
• Maintain site safety plans and regulatory compliance.
