Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Sr. Site EHS Manager for our Greenville, IL plant to lead environmental, health, and safety programs. This role will partner with site leadership and business unit EHS managers to prevent injuries, ensure compliance, and drive safety improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of manufacturing EHS experience and relevant CSP/CIH certifications. Competitive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule with possible overtime are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in health and safety management within manufacturing or processing environments.
• EHS certification (CSP/CIH) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of environmental, health and safety programs across the Greenville plant.
• Mentor and lead site EHS teams and coordinate with leadership and business unit EHS managers.
• Perform root cause analysis, safety coaching, and continuous improvement of EHS processes.
