The role focuses on developing, negotiating, and managing US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with internal teams and major academic institutions to deliver compliant, risk-balanced contracts. Ideal candidates will bring 4+ years of budget/contract experience, strong negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of CTMS and GCP standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize CTAs balancing business and legal protections.
• Provide project leadership across multiple therapeutic areas, with oncology preferred.
