Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Site Contracts Lead for a remote-US role. You will negotiate CTAs at the study level, finalize documents, and manage budgets with a global team to ensure compliant execution.

You will train staff, oversee negotiations, and advise on industry trends while coordinating with sponsor and internal teams to meet start-up goals. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in life sciences, a health field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Manages CTA negotiations at the study level and finalizes execution.
• Drives contract language, terms, and budgets with global site-contract team.
• Maintains training materials for site contracts lead team and negotiators.
• Oversees budget negotiations status and escalations to sponsors.
• Advises on industry trends, risks, and mitigation strategies in site contracting.
• Plans CTA execution strategies and coordinates with internal teams.
