Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a PA Site Civil Team Lead in Pittsburgh to lead a team of Site Civil Engineers, EITs and Designers on complex site civil projects across our Industrial sector. The role focuses on planning, design through construction support and commissioning in multi-disciplinary settings.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license, a Bachelor’s degree, strong leadership, and experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and HydroCad. A proactive, client-focused leader is essential for project success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site civil team operations including staff development and quality control.
• Coordinate services with other sections and teams.
• Lead marketing planning, proposals, and fee development.
• Engage with industrial/public clients for project workshare and delivery.
• Ensure proactive project management and adherence to company policies.
• Develop and mentor technical staff across disciplines.
