Dewberry is seeking a Site/Civil Project Manager for our Danville, VA office to lead site/civil design projects across commercial, industrial, municipal and residential markets. The role requires technical leadership, project management, and client relationship skills.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Civil Engineering, a Virginia PE license, and at least 8 years of related experience. AutoCAD Civil 3D and storm water modeling proficiency are preferred, with a salary range of $114,003 to $146,588

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of directly related experience in the commercial/residential markets.
• BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Virginia PE license required. North Carolina PE a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead teams in all aspects of site/civil project design including site layout, site planning, grading, storm water management, erosion & sediment control, roadways, utilities, and permitting for commercial, industrial, municipal and residential projects.
• Manage design for multiple projects.
• Assist with business development/marketing/proposal efforts.
• Oversee, train and mentor junior/mid-level staff.
• Work closely with clients and agency staff, including attendance at public and/or construction meetings and also represent the company at other events as needed.
• Ability to work on multiple project assignments concurrently.
• Ability to work and interact with clients, maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Ability to provide technical expertise to design staff.
• Desire to work in a team environment.
