Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Site Civil Engineer (PE) to join our Land Development Engineering team. You will lead site/civil design, perform calculations and mentor junior staff across municipal, stormwater and utility projects.

Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD and related software is essential. The ideal candidate has a PE license, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 7+ years of experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer license is required.
• 7+ years of related experience in site/civil land development.
• Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD and related software.
• Strong communication, organization and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce site layout plans per client and Woolpert standards.
• Lead site/civil design, hydrology/hydraulics, erosion control and stormwater work.
• Coordinate permitting with local authorities and municipalities.
• Mentor junior staff and support project teams with planning and calculations.
• Perform pavement assessments, field work, and data reporting.
