HDR is seeking a Senior Site Civil Engineer to lead site civil design, production, and coordination for complex development projects. You will serve as Engineer of Record, manage client objectives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, permitting, QA/QC, and mentoring within HDR's employee-owned culture across multiple Missouri locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years design experience managing civil/site projects.
• Professional Engineer license recognized in the position location.
• Experience with site civil design, permitting and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and plan production for site civil projects, including layouts, grading, drainage, paving, utilities, and control.
• Serve as Engineer of Record for complex site development projects.
• Prepare and review plans, specs, estimates and quantity calculations.
• Lead permitting efforts with local, state and federal agencies.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet client objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide QA/QC to ensure accuracy and compliance.
