Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years design experience with civil/site projects.
• Professional Engineer license (PE or P.Eng).
• Project Engineering and Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and plan production for general site civil on a wide variety of projects.
• Conduct quantity calculations.
• Prepare specifications and contract documents.
• Perform complex assignments with advanced techniques.
• Serve as a technical expert in a specialization as needed.
• Plan and develop projects with significant impact on programs.
• Mentor and supervise a medium to large staff of professionals and designers.
• Prepare/review civil engineering scope of work and budgets.
• Perform other duties as needed.
