Job summary

TYG seeks a Project Manager/Staff Project Manager to lead land development design, permitting and delivery for public and private clients in the Miami area. You will oversee site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and coordination with geotechnical and environmental teams while building client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and a PE license with 6+ years of local site/civil experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an active PE license.
6+ years of relevant local site/civil engineering experience for land development.
Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, erosion and sediment control.
Experience in stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis and SWPPP preparation.
Proven client management and business development abilities.
Strong proposal writing skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
AutoCAD or Civil 3D proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead site/civil design and permitting from concept through completion.
Oversee site layout and drainage design, infrastructure and erosion control.
Guide stormwater management design and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis.
Coordinate with geotechnical, environmental and other technical teams.
Maintain and develop client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
Partner with office leadership on growth plans and staffing.
