Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Civil Project Engineer in Florida to lead design and permitting for site layout, grading, drainage, water/sewer, and roadway systems on land development projects.

You will report to the project manager and provide technical design support, coordinating with team members to meet schedules and project goals. A PE license and strong communication/writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineering License required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ICPR.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Experience with land development project design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and permitting of construction plans for site layout and grading.
• Design drainage, erosion control, and stormwater treatment and conveyance systems.
• Design water and sewer infrastructure, roadways, pump stations and force mains.
• Coordinate with project manager and team; prepare reports in technical format.
• Coordinate submittals and obtain construction permits.
