We work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites, handling site design, grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater, plus entitlements and cross-jurisdiction coordination in DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and regional jurisdictional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, including urban infill and redevelopment.
• Site design, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Entitlements, permitting, and coordination with DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia agencies.
• Client and consultant coordination from concept through construction.
• For PM-level candidates: leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and owning client relationships.

What we're looking for
