Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Miami is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil/site land development projects across South Florida. You’ll manage projects from planning and permitting through design delivery, coordinating with a collaborative team and ensuring top client service.

This role emphasizes mentoring staff, managing budgets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies while delivering technically excellent solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 8+ years of land development design experience.
• PE license is required.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of local land use processes and regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land development design and related engineering tasks.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Ensure quality control and regulatory permitting.
• Prepare proposals, scopes, and budgets.
• Manage project finances, invoicing, and AR.
• Develop project schedules and client relationships.
• Mentor and train staff on technical and professional skills.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and internal teams.
• Perform other project duties as assigned.
