You'll work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Western Pennsylvania, handling site design, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management, including work on challenging terrain and entitlements, permitting, and

Qualifications

Experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work.
Strong communication skills and track record of delivering projects.
EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred.
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead site design, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
Contribute to entitlements, permitting, and coordination with municipalities and state agencies.
Coordinate with clients and consultants from concept through construction.
Work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Western Pennsylvania.
For PM-level candidates: leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and owning client relationships.
