Job summary

Ports North is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the requirements effort for a large Student Information System (SIS) replacement. You will partner with Finance, Registrar, and project stakeholders to document functional needs and ensure traceability across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting large-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong experience creating BRDs and functional requirements.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops.
• Experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for the SIS replacement initiative.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings.
• Partner with Finance and Registrar teams to map current and future processes.
• Document business, functional, and process requirements.
• Create BRDs, process flows, and supporting artifacts.
