Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in transferring wafer/die testing from R&D to production.
• Strong background in optical and electrical device testing.
• Programming in Python; experience with test hardware design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from low-volume testing to production with OSAT partners.
• Manage test runs, schedules, and communication with internal/external customers.
• Review and suggest design changes for high-volume production.
• Train OSAT operators and technicians; define SOPs for back-end process.
• Travel internationally to OSATs as needed.
