Job summary

Lumilens Inc. is seeking a Silicon Test Engineer to develop and execute test solutions for silicon photonics and semiconductor products. The role focuses on building test infrastructure, collaborating with design, product, and operations teams to enable successful ramps and production performance.

The ideal candidate brings 8–12+ years in semiconductor test, strong scripting in C/C++ and Python, and experience with high-speed or mixed-signal testing in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in semiconductor or silicon photonics test engineering.
• Strong experience with ATE platforms such as Advantest 93K and Teradyne.
• Background in silicon validation, production test, DFT/DFM, and high-speed or mixed-signal testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement silicon test solutions from characterization through wafer sort and final test.
• Create and maintain ATE test programs on platforms such as Advantest 93K and Teradyne.
• Translate design and DFT requirements into scalable, production-ready test solutions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth transition into high-volume manufacturing.
