You will support the Technology Development team and transition to New Product Device Engineering, ramping silicon photonics devices. Qualifications

• Master's degree in circuit design, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Experience with design, execution, and analysis of experiments.
• Knowledge of circuit design and test, solid-state device physics, and submicron FET architectures.

Responsibilities

• Launch New Product Introductions for Silicon Photonics devices.
• Analyze device performance and sensitivity curves to drive product excellence.
• Lead the New Product Introduction workload ensuring first-time-right launches.
• Collaborate with Electrical Characterization to set up SPC controls.
• Use data and failure analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive cost-effective manufacturing improvements and process robustness.
• Support customer engineering to deliver impactful solutions.
