Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Circuit Design, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Excellent data analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Working knowledge in the design, execution, and analysis of experiments.
• Knowledge of circuit design and test, solid state device physics, submicron FET architectures, and the implications of electrical characteristics and performance on yield and product behavior.
• Affinity for quick learning.

Responsibilities

• Launch New Product Introductions for Silicon Photonics devices, setting performance targets.
• Analyze device performance and reliability for electrical and optical behavior.
• Lead New Product Introduction workloads ensuring first‑time right results.
• Collaborate with Electrical Characterization to set up SPC controls and monitoring strategies.
• Apply data and failure analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Test, Integration, and Process Modules to deliver enhancements.
• Support customer engineering to meet expectations and drive success.
• Contribute to manufacturing excellence by reducing costs and cycle times.
