Job summary

Applied Signal Technology (AST) seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead advanced SIGINT and cyber solutions programs in a dynamic, mission‑driven environment. You will manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, coordinating with government customers and RTX/Collins Aerospace partners.

The ideal candidate holds a STEM degree and 10+ years in defense program management, including RF systems, with strong leadership and customer interaction skills, and requires a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
• Extensive experience leading complex programs for customers or government clients.
• Experience with RF systems, antennas, amplifiers, modems and hardware/software integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver on contract objectives within budget and schedule.
• Represent the company to customers, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive technical solutions.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, communicate status, and coordinate with finance, security, and scheduling.
