Job summary

Applied Signal Technology seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex DoD/IC programs in support of the Advanced Technology Division. You will drive mission-focused program execution, manage customer objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 10+ years in defense, strong program management experience, and active TS/SCI clearance. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected, with onsite work at Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• Typically requires 10 years of defense or intelligence industry experience as a program manager
• Experience overseeing complex technical programs to meet contract deliverables
• Experience with RF systems including antennas, amplifiers, and/or modems and hardware/software integration
• Experience leading teams of engineers and presenting to large groups
• Ability to interact with customers and translate objectives into solutions
• Experience writing monthly program and status reports
• Ability to identify, quantify, and communicate risks and mitigation strategies
• Experience working with Finance, Security, Supply Chain and Scheduling
• Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph
