Job summary

Broadcom is seeking an experienced SI/PI Technical Project Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing complex flip-chip‑BGA packages, PCBs, and system links for AI, networking, HPC, and 5G applications. You will collaborate across a worldwide R&D team to deliver high-performance package designs and to drive SI/PI methodologies.

Qualifications

• BSEE and 12+ years of experience in ASIC and system signal and power integrity for high-speed SerDes
• Minimum 3 years in leadership/management
• Knowledge of package-, PCB-, and/or system-level SI/PI
• Willingness to work with multiple time zones and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and technical collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management for 20+ concurrent pkg/PCB designs (scope, schedules, resources).
• Assess and leverage team skills to maximize productivity and retention.
• Organize team and customer activities to keep projects on track.
• Communicate plans, status, next steps and risks clearly and regularly.
• Develop technical methodologies for signal and power integrity solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams on design decisions.
