Job summary

Broadcom Inc. is seeking an experienced SI/PI Technical Project Manager to lead a team of engineers designing complex flip-chip-BGA packages, PCBs, and system links for high-speed SerDes and high-power delivery needs.

You will support and develop the engineering team while advancing technical methodologies for SI/PI across ASIC programs. The role requires managing multiple concurrent projects, collaborating across time zones, and delivering plans and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years in ASIC/system signal and power integrity.
• 3+ years in leadership/management roles.
• Experience with package-level PCB-level/system SI/PI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 20+ concurrent pkg/PCB designs from technical execution perspective.
• Organize team and customer activities to keep projects on track.
• Communicate plans, status, risks and next steps clearly and regularly.
• Develop technical methodologies for signal and power integrity solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and cross-functional teams.
