Job summary

Broadcom in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking an experienced SI/PI Technical Project Manager to lead engineers delivering high-speed SerDes, power integrity, and packaging solutions for AI, HPC, and 5G programs. You will drive technical programs and mentor staff across global labs.

The role requires managing 20+ concurrent designs, collaborating with internal and external teams, and applying SI/PI methodologies with lab measurements.

Qualifications

• BSEE and 12+ years of experience in ASIC and system signal and power integrity for high-speed SerDes; minimum 3 years in leadership/management.
• Knowledge of package-, PCB-, and/or system-level SI/PI to apply to designs.
• Experience managing people and projects across multiple time zones and teams.
• Cooperation with global internal teams and external vendors for co-design.

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management: plan and track 20 concurrent pkg/PCB designs (scope, schedules, resources).
• Assess team skill sets to maximize productivity and retention.
• Organize team and customer activities to keep projects on track.
• Communicate plans, status, risks, and next steps clearly and concisely.
• Develop technical methodologies for signal and power integrity solutions.
• Support package and PCB technologies with input from the team.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
