Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, is seeking a senior engineer to lead signal integrity and power integrity analysis for next‑gen AI and compute servers. You will perform pre/post-layout SI analysis on PCIe Gen5/Gen6, CXL, NVLink, and Ethernet interfaces, and validate PDN strategies across high‑current GPU/CPU rails.

You will build models with HFSS/ADS/HSPICE/Sigrity, develop IBIS-AMI and S‑parameter‑based simulations, and validate designs in lab measurements.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on SI/PI experience for servers, GPUs, or high-speed digital systems.
• Proficiency with SI/PI simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, HSPICE, Sigrity) and high-speed lab measurement equipment.
• Familiarity with PCIe, CXL, DDR JEDEC, and Ethernet electrical specs and compliance methodologies.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear design guidance and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-layout SI analysis for high-speed interfaces (PCIe Gen5/Gen6, CXL, NVLink, SerDes).
• Design and validate PDN impedance targeting and decoupling strategies for high-current rails.
• Build and run models using HFSS, ADS, HSPICE, Sigrity; develop IBIS-AMI and S-parameter based simulations.
• Conduct lab measurements with oscilloscopes, VNAs, TDRs, and BER testers; correlate with simulations.
• Collaborate with board designers and mechanical teams to embed SI/PI rules in stackups and routing.
