Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Principal Signal Integrity Engineer for R&D Networking Platforms in California. This onsite role focuses on defining SI/PI strategy, leading architecture for next-gen networking systems, and mentoring engineers across multiple sites to drive innovation and robust performance.

You will work with ASIC, package, PCB, mechanical, and system architects to optimize end-to-end electrical performance and push patents and industry-leading solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in signal integrity, power integrity, package design, PCB design, and high-speed system architecture.
• Expert in high-speed digital system design and electromagnetic theory.
• Proven leadership across large-scale product developments from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the SI/PI technical strategy, methodologies, design standards, and engineering best practices across networking hardware platforms.
• Lead SI/PI architecture for next-generation networking systems across concept to production.
• Mentor engineers and lead cross-site technical reviews.
