Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in electromechanical product development.
• MS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with networking, server, storage, or HPC systems is a plus.
• Extensive chassis development and system packaging experience.
• Experience with liquid cooling technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical development of complex networking systems from concept through production.
• Provide engineering leadership across programs and act as SME for mechanical architecture and packaging.
• Evaluate new cooling technologies and manufacturing processes for future roadmaps.
• Drive system‑level decisions balancing performance, cost, and reliability.
• Hands‑on engineering activities: CAD reviews, prototype evaluation, root‑cause analysis.
• Lead cross‑functional design reviews with Electrical, Thermal, Reliability, and Manufacturing teams.
• Develop mechanical design standards and engineering methodologies.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation across the product lifecycle.
• Support customer escalations and field failures with corrective actions.
