Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Principal Signal Integrity Engineer – R&D Storage to define signal and power integrity strategy and lead cross-functional teams across storage platforms. This hybrid role requires about 2 days per week in an HPE office.

• 15+ years in signal integrity, power integrity, and high-speed system design.
• Expert in SerDes technologies and PCB design for storage platforms.
• Experience leading SI/PI strategies across large product programs.
• Proficient with SI/PI simulation methods and lab validation.

Responsabilidades

• Define SI/PI strategy, methodologies, and design standards.
• Lead SI/PI architecture for next-generation storage systems.
• Provide leadership for high-speed interfaces and SerDes tech.
• Develop modelling, simulation, and automation to improve design quality.
• Mentor engineers across multiple sites and drive cross-functional reviews.
