Job summary

Moonshot is seeking a Sr SIOP Leader to own the enterprise Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and align demand, supply, capacity, and inventory with business objectives. This role partners with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Service, Finance, and Executive Leadership to drive forecast accuracy, working capital optimization, and profitable growth.

The role leads monthly executive SIOP reviews, develops dashboards and KPIs, and drives continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in SIOP, Supply Chain, Operations, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, or Program Management.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, data analytics, and supply chain expertise.
• Change management capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise SIOP process across all business functions.
• Develop planning strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Facilitate monthly executive SIOP reviews and recommend actions to address demand, capacity, inventory, and supply risks.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Service teams to develop accurate forecasts.
• Balance customer demand against manufacturing, labor, vendor, and service capacity.
• Establish inventory strategies that optimize working capital while meeting customer service objectives.
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, PMO, Warranty, Service, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting while driving continuous improvement.
