Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Brighton, MI is hiring a Shuttle Bus Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our senior residents. The role requires a clean driving record, a Chauffeur's license, and a compassionate approach.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with pay at $17.50 per hour. You will assist residents onto and off the bus, complete trip logs, keep the bus clean, and help maintain routes.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & Care for seniors.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; ability to maintain a bus schedule and is familiar with the local area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evening, weekend, and holiday hours.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus, using safe methods including lifts/ transfers.
• Completes bus trip log and required route in a safe, efficient manner; manage route priorities.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the bus.
• Fills out daily inspection log at the start of each trip.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance and productivity.
