Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group seeks a Senior Living Shuttle Driver to transport residents safely and courteously in Michigan. This part-time role requires a valid Chauffeur's License, a clean driving record, and a caring attitude toward seniors.

You will assist residents on and off the bus, complete trip logs, and keep the vehicle clean. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate care for seniors; enjoy helping and working with seniors.
• Timely, patient, and accommodating; able to maintain a bus schedule.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus, using safe methods.
• Complete bus trip logs and follow routes efficiently.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the bus.
• Fill daily inspection logs at trip start and submit.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance.
