Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport senior residents safely and courteously. The role requires a chauffeur license, a clean driving record, and at least three years of shuttle or bus experience.

Schedule is Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm with alternating weekends; pay is $15 per hour with daily pay available and generous PTO. You will assist residents getting on/off the bus, log trips, keep the vehicle clean, and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude while serving

Qualifications

3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
Compassionate & Care for seniors; enjoy helping and working with seniors.
Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with local area.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
You love to laugh and have fun while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

Assist residents getting on/off the bus using safe methods (lift, ambulation, transfers).
Complete bus trip logs and follow routes safely and efficiently.
Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the bus.
Fill out daily inspection log at trip start and submit.
Maintain a positive attitude supporting team performance.
