Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group seeks a Shuttle Bus Driver / Activities Assistant in Birmingham, MI to transport seniors safely on 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. Requires 3 years driving shuttle/bus and a Chauffeur's license with a clean record. Pays $18/hour; lifting up to 25 lbs and flexible hours are needed.

You will ensure courteous, reliable service and assist residents with transfers, route logs, and vehicle cleanliness in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & Care for seniors.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; maintain a bus schedule and be familiar with the local area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus using safe transfer methods.
• Complete bus trip logs and follow routes efficiently.
• Maintain interior and exterior bus cleanliness.
• Fill out daily inspection log at trip start and submit when done.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance.
