Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver in Brighton, MI to transport senior residents safely and courteously.

The role requires a Chauffeur's license with a clean driving record, 3 years shuttle experience, and a compassionate approach. Work is on-site, full-time, with a Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm schedule and $17.50/hour pay. Lifting up to 25 pounds and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & Care for seniors.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with local area.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus using safe methods including lifts or transfers.
• Complete bus trip logs and adhere to routes for efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior.
• Fill out daily inspection log at trip start.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance.
