Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group seeks a dedicated Shuttle Driver to transport senior residents safely and courteously. You will assist with boarding, maintain logs, and keep the vehicle clean while adhering to schedules and safety procedures.

The role requires 3 years of shuttle driving, a Chauffeur's License with a clean record, and a compassionate attitude toward seniors. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected to support our community.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License with a clean driving record.
• Compassionate and care for seniors; enjoy helping and working with the senior population.
• Able to be timely, patient, and accommodating; able to maintain a bus schedule and be familiar with the local area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus using safe methods; may include a lift, ambulation, and/or transfers.
• Complete bus trip logs and required routes in a safe, efficient manner; organize route priorities for productivity.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the bus.
• Fill out daily inspection log at trip start and submit when completed; support a positive team attitude.
