Job summary

Wellbeam Consumer Health is looking for a hands-on Technical Ecommerce Manager to own Shopify storefronts, pages and conversion funnels. You’ll manage checkout and subscription flows using Recharge, and fix issues through a mix of configuration and code

You’ll collaborate with Growth, Customer Service, Brand and Product teams; remote work is supported, with scope for a major relaunch and ongoing optimization to scale ecommerce outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running a Shopify store in a Direct-to-Consumer business.
• Hands-on experience with Liquid, HTML and CSS.
• Expertise in Shopify Plus, themes and app integrations.
• Experience configuring and managing a subscription platform (Recharge).
• Ability to coordinate with Growth, Customer Service, Brand and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Site operations: pages, collections, homepage, promotions; build, schedule and verify live.
• Landers and funnels: write specs, QA in staging, publish and track tests.
• Checkout and subscription: own plan setup, flows, monitor payment failures.
• Theme, apps, integrations, tracking: fix via configuration and write specs for code.
• Triage and project management: route requests, create specs, manage Notion workflow.
• Vendor management: review estimates, track hours, ensure timely delivery.
• Site health: monthly reviews of speed, errors, and funnel performance.
