You will supervise technicians, ensure productivity, and maintain compliance with DOT/OSHA standards while coordinating with satellite locations and managing parts inventory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industry knowledge and experience working on tractors, trailers, and forklifts.
• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in and develop a team atmosphere.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of Class 8 truck & trailer repair and safety practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Hiring, training, and development of mechanical staff.
• Maintain efficient productivity levels.
• Ensuring shop stays in compliance with set budget.
• Oversight of satellite locations with a small hourly staff.
• Managing parts inventory.
• General maintenance and repairs on company trailers.
• Enforce & practice all company safety procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Follow all D.O.T. and OSHA safety standards.
