BD in Utah is seeking a Shift Leader to guide manufacturing operations on the B shift (4:30pm–4:30am). You will mentor Line Supervisors, make staffing decisions, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and uphold BD Excellence initiatives.

You’ll coordinate resources, train line teams, manage Kanban and material reconciliation, and lead root-cause analysis with timely corrective actions. A strong communicator and collaborator who embodies BD values will thrive on the production floor.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3+ years in manufacturing.
• BA/BS degree preferred in a related field; experience in highly automated environments is desirable.
• Experience leading teams and driving safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.

• Lead manufacturing operations on the assigned shift, mentoring line supervisors.
