Job summary
RSM US LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Enterprise Workforce Platforms team, delivering client-facing consulting on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Entra ID, and related cloud technologies.
The role involves leading implementation activities, governance, and adoption efforts, collaborating with PMs and solution architects to drive high-quality outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering or consulting on Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Power Platform.
- Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
- Design and implement SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions.
- Conduct tenant assessments, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Configure and support Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance capabilities.
- Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Create technical documentation, migration plans, and client deliverables.
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide remediation recommendations.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in proposal development, solution design, and pre-sales activities as needed.
