Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SharePoint engineer to lead on-premises to Microsoft 365 migrations and build modern SharePoint Online intranets. You will shape information architecture, migration waves, and modernization approaches while partnering with client stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and migrations.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
• Proven experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations (assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover, and hypercare).
• Experience implementing modern SharePoint Online intranets (IA, hubs, navigation, search, metadata, and permissions).
• Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), especially for forms/workflow modernization patterns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to lead workshops and present recommendations to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead migrations from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online and manage cutover.
• Design target intranets: IA, hubs, navigation, search, metadata, and permissions.
• Operate migration tooling, pilots, remediation, and cutovers.
• Modernize workflows to Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Establish governance standards, provisioning controls, and operational reporting.
• Lead client workshops and deliver client-ready artifacts and recommendations.
