Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SharePoint Engineer to lead on-premises to Microsoft 365 migrations and to design modern SharePoint Online intranets. You will shape target information architecture, migration waves, and modernization approaches while partnering with client stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will drive end-to-end project lifecycles, including discovery, assessment, design, build, testing, migration, and deployment.

Qualifications

3+ years of consulting experience delivering SharePoint solutions and/or migrations using Microsoft technologies.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019) and SharePoint Online administration and configuration.
Experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations (assessment, waves, pilots, remediation, cutover, and hypercare).
Experience implementing modern SharePoint Online intranets (IA, hubs, navigation, search, metadata, and permissions).
Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate), especially for forms/workflow modernization patterns.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver enterprise SharePoint Server to Microsoft 365 migrations.
Design and implement modern SharePoint Online intranets and IA.
Modernize legacy customization patterns to Power Platform.
Collaborate with EY teams and client stakeholders to shape and deliver complex enterprise engagements.
Establish governance, security, and compliance within designs.
